All rental amounts do not include utilities unless otherwise explicitly noted. All rent is paid quarterly and parents are required to cosign as Guarantor to the lease. All leases are GROUP leases. There is a no animal policy across all properties.

For the 2026-2027 term, all lease terms begin June 5, 2026 and run through May 30, 2027.

Out of respect to our current Tenants and our staff, we are doing our best to limit the number of people who come through the properties.
