All rental amounts do not include utilities unless otherwise noted. All rent is paid quarterly and parents are required to cosign the lease. All leases are GROUP leases. There is a no animal policy across all properties. All lease terms begin June 8, 2023 and run through May 26, 2024.
Out of respect to our current Tenants and our staff, we are doing our best to limit the number of people who come through the properties. If you have a question about a property, you may send us an email. Or if you are seriously interested and wanting to move forward, the first step is for your group to submit applications.
