Welcome! Below is our list of current availabilities for the 2027-2028 term. This list may change daily and availability is subject to change.

If you are window shopping, please utilize any available video tours on each property's page to determine if a property could be of interest for your group. Read the 'Guide to Off Campus Housing' below to help your group find your best fit!

All rental amounts do not include utilities unless otherwise explicitly noted. All rent is paid quarterly and parents are required to cosign as Guarantor to the lease. All leases are GROUP leases. There is a no animal policy across all properties.

For the 2027-2028 term, all lease terms begin June 10, 2027 and run through May 28, 2028.

Out of respect to our current Tenants and our staff, we are doing our best to limit the number of people who come through the properties. As such, All groups must submit applications PRIOR to touring. Once we receive your applications, we will reach out regarding touring, scheduling a signing, etc. More information on our policies and procedures can be found below.
