The Cleveland Avenue Townhouses consist of 5 townhouse-style units, each complete with 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and 5 parking spots. These spacious luxury apartments are located right in the heart of E. Cleveland Avenue and one block from Main Street, making them quite desired by university students.
Each unit boasts an open concept floor plan, beginning on the first floor with a spacious kitchen which leads into a large living room that overlooks East Cleveland Avenue. The kitchen itself contains an island countertop, hardwood floors, black appliances, overhead track lighting, and 'no slam' cabinets. Additionally, the kitchen contains a built-in microwave, refrigerator with door ice maker, stove with ceramic cooktop, and dishwasher. The first floor also has a half bathroom for guests.
